My mission and approach

I specialise in strengthening asset information integrity and refining asset management processes to resolve two persistent industry challenges: poor asset data quality and fragmented operational processes. 

My work focuses on building purposeful Asset Information Systems that are not just technically implemented — but practically embedded, governed, and trusted. This means improving the full lifecycle workflow—from work planning and inventory to cost tracking—so systems support frontline teams rather than burden them. 

Beyond system implementation, I prioritise capability uplift, embedding sustainable governance so organisations maintain data integrity long after project completion.
