Our Mission and Approach

I’m Huimin Moore (pronounced Hwai-Min), an infrastructure asset management and condition assessment specialist based in Sydney.

I have 20 years of hands-on experience across rail, tunnel, motorway and road infrastructure. My work combines asset management, asset information, condition assessment and data analysis — helping organisations understand the condition of their infrastructure and make better decisions about maintenance, defects and asset management.

I specialise in Maximo and Ellipse asset management systems, asset data and data processing, and I also provide pavement and road condition assessment services, including condition surveys, data analysis and dilapidation assessments for construction projects.

My approach is practical and hands-on. I work directly with clients — no junior staff, no subcontracting. When you engage me, you get my direct experience from field and data collection through to analysis, reporting and practical recommendations.
